A meeting with learner and coach to discuss key learning from the module. Please ensure that you are fully prepared for your End of Module Round-up. The topics of discussion can be found on your Aptem Learning Plan. Enrolment Meeting Part 1
This is a meeting with the learner and the Future Talent Learning coach to welcome learners to the programme. Please ensure you have completed: • The Enrolment Form on Aptem • Your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour (KSB) form • The Initial Assessment in English and Maths Functional Skills • And don’t forget to bring your passport or proof of residency to the session.Enrolment Meeting Part 2
This is the second part of the enrolment meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to: • Review Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Assessment • Discuss the activities and obligations you will need to complete as part of the programme • Explain the programme overview • Complete some initial learning Learners, please ensure you forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda that was in your welcome email.Leadership Coaching Session

Learners, ensure you look at the agenda at least a week before the meeting so you can update your KSB form, develop a SMART target and talk to your line manager to help them provide useful performance testimony. Also, forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda from Aptem.End of Module Round up 1 to 3
A meeting with learner and coach to discuss key learning from the module. Please ensure that you are fully prepared for your End of Module Round-up.
