Tripartite Review

A meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to discuss progress on the programme. Learners, please ensure you forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda from Aptem so they can fully prepare for this meeting.

End of Module Round Up

A meeting with learner and coach to discuss key learning from the module. Please ensure that you are fully prepared for your End of Module Round-up. The topics of discussion can be found on your Aptem Learning Plan. It is recommended that you: Spend at least 2 hours preparing Keep your notes concise, relevant, and simple enough to deliver a conversational like tone to your responses Make reference to your work-based evidence/missions you have completed

Enrolment Meeting Part 1

This is a meeting with the learner and the Future Talent Learning coach to welcome learners to the programme. Please ensure you have completed: • The Enrolment Form on Aptem • Your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour (KSB) form • The Initial Assessment in English and Maths Functional Skills • And don’t forget to bring your passport or proof of residency to the session.

Enrolment Meeting Part 2

This is the second part of the enrolment meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to: • Review Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Assessment • Discuss the activities and obligations you will need to complete as part of the programme • Explain the programme overview • Complete some initial learning Learners, please ensure you forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda that was in your welcome email.

Leadership Coaching Session

A 121 coaching session where you will discuss: • Any concerns you may have • An area you would like to focus on for coaching Where possible, think of an area of focus that you will want to investigate before your coaching session.

Tripartite Review

A meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to discuss progress on the programme. Learners, ensure you look at the agenda at least a week before the meeting so you can update your KSB form, develop a SMART target and talk to your line manager to help them provide useful performance testimony. Also, forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda from Aptem.

End of Module Round up 1 to 3

A meeting with learner and coach to discuss key learning from the module. Please ensure that you are fully prepared for your End of Module Round-up. The topics of discussion can be found on your Aptem Learning Plan. It is recommended that you: • Spend at least 2 hours preparing • Keep your notes concise, relevant, and simple enough to deliver a conversational like tone to your responses • Make reference to your work-based evidence/missions you have completed

Level 3 Mock EPA

This is a meeting with the learner and the Future Talent Learning coach to complete a Mock EPA. Please ensure you have uploaded your portfolio and your presentation from the two topics provided on the agenda to the relevant component in Aptem at least 4 weeks before this meeting so your coach has time to prepare.

Level 5 Mock EPA

This is a meeting with the learner and the Future Talent Learning coach to complete a Mock EPA. Please ensure you have uploaded your portfolio and your project proposal to the relevant component in Aptem at least 4 weeks before this meeting so your coach has time to prepare.

Mock EPA

This is a meeting with the learner and the Future Talent Learning coach to complete a Mock EPA. Please ensure you have uploaded your portfolio to the relevant component in Aptem at least 1 week before this meeting so your coach has time to prepare.

End Point Assessment Gateway Review

The final meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to discuss readiness for End Point Assessment. Learners, please ensure you forward the meeting invite and meeting link to your Line Manager along with the Agenda from Aptem so they can also fully prepare for this meeting.

You can book a short catch up if there is something brief you just wish to check before submission, or have any questions/worries you wish to discuss with your coach

Re-engagement Meeting

A meeting with the learner, Future Talent Learning coach and (in some circumstances) the learner line manager to discuss progress on the programme, explore how to get back on track and create a SMART action plan together.

End Point Assessment Gateway Review

The final meeting with the learner, their Line Manager and the Future Talent Learning coach to discuss readiness for End Point Assessment.
